Why SRC?

I am currently in the Electromechanical Engineering Technology - Robotics program and will graduate in 2028 with my advanced diploma. I wanted to join the Student Representative Council to support others in achieving what they may think is impossible, while also trying to help create a positive and engaging campus experience. Being part of the SRC allows me to contribute to student life, build leadership skills, and represent the voices of my peers. I believe that teamwork and communication can make a real difference on campus, and I want to be part of a group that encourages growth and innovation.

I joined SRC because I love making a difference and being involved in the student community. As a PSW student who is transitioning to nursing, I'm passionate about helping and supporting others. Not just in healthcare, but in everyday life too. Joining the SRC gives me a chance to be a voice for students, help plan engaging events, and make sure everyone feels included and connected on campus.

I am a third-year student studying 2D/3D animation.  Joining the SRC board of directors presents an opportunity for me to utilize my creative background to bring the SRC's vision to life. I strongly believe that by promoting collaboration and embracing diverse ideas, we can cultivate an inclusive environment that celebrates our individual talents. Together, we can turn our vision into a tangible reality and ensure that every student's voice is heard. As a class representative and president of the animation club, I am familiar with hard work and advocating for my peers.  I am eager to dedicate my energy towards making St. Clair the best it can be.
